DLW –
380SDK
The DLW-380SDK is Denyo’s newest
single /dual type welder/ generator. With
enhanced functions, improved efficiency, low noise and easy
operation, this power
source is one step up from previous models.
No HIGH/LOW selector is needed even in single
operation mode. An easy-to-operate dual type
welder/generator controls power over a full range of
60 to 380A.
Slow-down unit reduces noise and increase fuel
efficiency.
Single key switch automatically vents air and starts
the engine.
Exhaust emission reduced.
Noise levels reduced.
DESIGNED FOR VERSATILITY AND MAXIMUM OUTPUT
Convenient dual type for
selecting single or double operator use
A special switch facilities selection of single or
double operator use, while a current regulator
controls the welding current. In single operator mode,
current selection is completely automatic. Welding
output and single or 3-phase AC current can be used
simultaneously.
Enhanced arc-welding
capabilities
The DLW-380SDK is equipped with Denyo’s most
advanced insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT)
chopper control unit, ensuring high quality welding
utilizing all kinds of welding rods at any posture.
The uniquely designed arc force trimmer also makes it
easier to begin welding each time.
High-quality AC power
The generator rotor is equipped with damper windings
and a high performance automatic voltage regulator (AVR)
that creates a stable supply of high quality AC power.
Lower noise, higher fuel
efficiency
A uniquely designed slow-down unit automatically
lowers engine speed during no-load. This reduced noise
and increases fuel efficiency.
Full-proof resting
The unit’s automatic air venting feature eliminates
air by turning a switch key when restarting the engine
following refueling.
Innovative safety features
The DLW-380SDK’s many safety features include a leak
proof unit, which lowers the likelihood of electric
shock, a circuit breaker that protects against
overload, and an automatic engine cut-off switch, that
automatically shut down the unit when abnormal
fluctuations in oil pressure, water temperature and
power supply occur.
Low noise operation
The unit’s noise suppressing unit incorporates a
cooling system that eliminate arc noise, making it
possible to use the DLW-380SDK even at night in
populated areas.
Low emissions
The engine’s crankcase emission control system
eliminates blow-by mist, and its aluminum radiator
eliminates lead.
Centralized maintenance access
The strategically positioned single front panel design
allows for quick and easy routine maintenance.
