DLW –
300SDK / DLW – 300SDY
The easy, quite and clean
operation of these single/duel type welders make it
one of
Denyo’s most versatile and affordable units.
DLW - 300 SDK
DLW - 300 SDY
No HIGH/LOW selector switch is needed even in single
operation mode. An easy-to-operate dual type
welder/generator controls power over a full 60~300A
range.
A slow-down unit reduces noise and saves fuel.
Exhaust emissions have been reduced.
The turn of a single key switch automatically vents
air and starts the engine.
Noise levels have been greatly reduced.

A wide range of features that maximize easy operation
Convenient dual type for selecting single or double
operator use
A special switch facilitates the selection of single
or double operator use, while a current regulator
controls the welding current. In single operator mode,
current selection is completely automatic. Welding out
put and single or 3-phase AC current can be used
simultaneously.
Improved arc-welding characteristics
This unit is equipped with Denyo’s most advanced IGBT
chopper control unit to insure high quality welding
with any kind of welding rod and any welding posture.
High quality AC power
Both the generator rotor that employs damper windings
and high –performance AVR (automatic voltage
regulator) supply stable, high quality AC power.
Slow-down device reduce noises and saves fuel
The slow down unit automatically lowers engine speed
during no-load, reducing noise and increasing fuel
efficiency.
Switch key operation restarts the engine with air
vented automatically
The generator is equipped with an automatic
air-venting unit that eliminates air by turning a
switch key when restarting the engine after fueling.
Various safety devices ensure safe operation
The machine’s many safety devices include a leakage
protection unit, which lowers the risk of electric
shock, a circuit breaker that protects the generator
from over-load, and an emergency engine stopper that
automatically shuts off the engine when fluctuations
in oil pressure, water temperature and power supply
occur.
Extremely quiet operation
Denyo’s exclusive noise-suppressing unit incorporating
a new cooling system, eliminates arc noise and is so
quiet that it can be operated at night, even in
populated urban areas.
Cleaner exhaust gas
The engine is
equipped with a crankcase emission control system to
each blow-by mist.
It is also
equipped with an aluminum radiator to eliminate the
lead contamination.
“One-side” maintenance friendly to servicemen
Daily maintenance can be carried out from a single
panel conveniently located on the side of the unit.
The radiator can be easily cleaned when the front
cover is removed.
