AUTOMATIC VARIABLE CONTROLLED WELDER
DAW
300SS
Equipped with an advanced
microcomputer-controlled stepless engine control unit,
Denyo's DAW-300SS engine-driven welder has achieved a
new level of performance.
Microcomputer-controlled stepless engine control
realizes markedly lower fule consumption, about 40%
less then conventional models, and less engine noise.
The extremely
lightweight, compact design has reduced total weight
by about 24%.
The advanced IGBT
microcomputer control ensures the highest operating
efficiency of any model in its class.
All operations can be
easily and automatically controlled over a full
30A-300A range.
The e-AVC 300 operates
on a single-phase AC power supply.
The "e" in the highly
functional e-AVC 300 model stands for ecology, economy
and ease.
Environmentally friendly
thanks to low fuel consumption and low noise
The built-in
microcomputer controls engina revolution automatically
and smoothly, making the unit more suitable for
various load conditions. The engine slows down
automatically under no-load conditions, and this
translates into more efficient fuel consumption and
lower noise.
Fuel consumption has
been reduced by 15~40%, compared with previous models.
This unit runs more
quietly than any other model designed by Denyo.

Pawer genarator features
highest efficiancy in this class
Adopting a permanent magnet-type generator
and advanced IGBT microcomputer control system, energy
loss has been reduced by 20%, making the e-AVC 300 the
most efficient generator in this class.
Lightweight and compact
When compared with our models, the volume and the
total weight have been reduced by 14% and 24%,
respectively, making this unit easier to transport.
The best arc-welding
characteriftics
The e-AVC 300's microcomputer-aided welding control
assures quiet, optimum operation that will accommodate
any kind of welding rod.
Claaner exhauxt gas
The engine is equipped
with a crankcase emission control system to catch
blow-by mist.
It is also equipped
with an aluminum radiator to eliminate lead
contamination.
Easy operation
All operations can be
automatically controlled over a full 30~300A range by
a welding current regulating
unit, eliminating the need for manual switching
between strong or weak positions.
The built-in
microcomputer automatically controls engine revolution
in a stepless manner fn conformity
with single-phase AC load and welding load.
Single-phase AC power (up to 3 kVA) and the welding
power (0 to 200A) can be operated concurrently.
The generator unit is
equipped with an automatic fuel/air vent unit.
Completely maintenance-free
The welder has no bearings, making it maintenance
free.
"One-side" access makes
maintenance easy
Daily maintenance can
be carried out from a single panel conveniently
located on the side of the unit. The radiator can be
easily cleaned when the front cover is removed.
